🧭 Purpose -> The central knowledge base


Function: A single central location for policies, procedures, manuals, internal knowledge and meeting reports.
Benefits: Better collaboration, increased efficiency (less search time), consistency in information and AI module.

Structure: Same basic structure for each department: 

1. 🌐 homepage with direct links to key department-specific info (f.ex. all relevant Sharepoint links)

2. ✍🏻 meeting notes (= former OneNotes or Excel)

3. 🔄️ flows 

4. to be completed further with specific information from each department


Entity-Specific Guidelines

When organizing or adding articles, ensure you include a tag if the content is specific to either Extremis US or Extremis Headquarters. All other content is related to the Extremis group.

Language policy

The default folder structure is in English; content should be in English only if relevant for Extremis US, which applies to most cases.

Access rights

If the information provided is confidential or intended for a limited number of colleagues, adjust the access rights via 'Share' (see tutorial Access Rights).
